Quote: "This evening, I had a meeting with the faction of the parliamentary majority, and there were various issues, including sensitive ones. But the understanding is clear: everyone must work for Ukraine, and so it will be.
A wartime parliament must be an effective parliament. I thank everyone who helps to ensure this effectiveness. And there will be decisions that will help with this. Task number one for everyone is a constructive diplomatic process with America and all our partners."
Details: Zelenskyy also spoke about his meeting with representatives of the United States.
Quote: "The American side has provided its proposals – the points of a plan to end the war – their vision. From the first days of the war, we have held one extremely simple position: Ukraine needs peace. And real peace – the kind that will not break under a third invasion.
A dignified peace – one where the conditions respect our independence, our sovereignty, the dignity of the Ukrainian people. And it is precisely these conditions we must ensure. I outlined what is essential for us. And we agreed that our teams will work on these proposals – to make it genuine.
We will not make abrupt statements and are focused on clear, honest work – Ukraine, the United States, and our friends and partners in Europe and around the world."
Background: On the evening of 20 November, Zelenskyy met the Servant of the People faction and made it clear that there would be no dismissal of Andrii Yermak, Head of the President's Office.
