Russia launches missile strike on central Balakliia: three killed, 10 injured, including teenagers – photo

Russian forces attacked Balakliia in Kharkiv Oblast on the night of 16-17 November, launching two missile strikes on residential areas in the central part of the city.

Quote: "The enemy launched two missile strikes on residential buildings in the city centre. Information about casualties is being confirmed.
All emergency services are working at the scene."
Updated: Karabanov reported at 04:00 that, according to early reports, three people had been killed.
Quote: "Another 10 people have been injured, including teenagers aged 14, 18 and 15. Nine of those injured have been taken to hospital and one person is receiving outpatient medical treatment. Sadly, reports of possible casualties continue to come in."
