Russian drones hit an energy facility in the city of Nizhyn in Chernihiv Oblast on the afternoon of 15 November, leaving a number of settlements in the Nizhyn and Pryluky districts without power.

Details: Repair work has been ongoing for nearly a day.

Transport infrastructure in the Nizhyn district was also damaged.

Background: On the evening of 15 November, Ukraine's Energy Ministry said power had been restored to half of the consumers in the affected area in Chernihiv Oblast.
