Quote: "I won't say much, but I can say this – in different situations during the investigation of this criminal proceeding, we recorded four ministers of the Cabinet of Ministers."
Details: Abakumov added that these individuals served during different periods.
"Some were ministers earlier, some later – so these are not all four current ministers," Abakumov said.
He did not specify which current or former ministers were involved, noting that "disclosing this information could harm the investigation."
Editor-in-chief of Ukrainska Pravda Sevgil Musaieva pointed out that two ministers are already named in the case, to which Abakumov clarified that "their actions are currently being assessed to determine whether there is sufficient evidence of any criminal activity".
He also stated that NABU believes the criminal organisation had two leaders. However, the bureau representative declined to comment on whether one of them is businessman, Kvartal 95 co-owner, and associate of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Tymur Mindich.
"There are two leaders of the criminal organisation at this stage. We have identified them as such based on the collected evidence," Abakumov said.
