Three districts in Russia's Kursk Oblast have been left without electricity after a strike on a power substation on the evening of 3 November.

Quote: "An emergency power outage occurred in the town of Rylsk due to an enemy strike on a substation. Over 16,000 consumers in Rylsk as well as in the Glushkovsky and Korenevsky districts, which are supplied by the Rylsk substation, have been left without power."
Details : Khinshtein said that power engineers will soon begin work to restore electricity supply.
Background :
- Robert "Magyar" Brovdi, Commander of Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces (USF), said that Ukrainian forces are preparing strikes on Russia that will result in blackouts.
 - A fire broke out in an industrial zone near the Lukoil oil depot and petrochemical plant following a drone attack on the town of Kstovo in Russia's Nizhny Novgorod Oblast on the night of 3-4 November.
 - Explosions were heard and a workshop at a petrochemical plant collapsed in the Russian city of Sterlitamak (Bashkortostan) on the night of 3-4 November amid a drone attack threat.
