Russian attacks on 1 November killed a woman in the city of Kherson and left one civilian dead and another injured in the city of Kostiantynivka, Donetsk Oblast.

Quote from Prokudin: "The Russian forces have killed another resident of Kherson. As a result of the attack on the Dniprovskyi district, a 46-year-old woman sustained fatal injuries."

Quote from Horbunov: "The first FAB-250 airstrike by Russian occupiers resulted in the death of one civilian. The person received injuries that proved to be fatal. The blast wave damaged seven houses, some of them suffered major destruction.

Later the enemy carried out a repeated airstrike with the same weapon. As a result, another civilian was injured. This person went to hospital in Druzhkivka on their own. Two apartment buildings were damaged."
