Ukraine's Air Force reported the information.During the month, air defense neutralized:6 aeroballistic missiles Kh-47M2 Kinzhal;53 cruise missiles Kh-101;17 ballistic missiles Iskander-M/KN-23;13 cruise missiles Kalibr;13 guided air missiles Kh-59/69;30 cruise missiles Iskander-K;2416 Shahed-type attack UAVs;591 reconnaissance UAVs;7930 UAVs of other types.In addition, the Air Force aviation conducted 551 sorties, of which about 340 were for fighter aircraft cover, and over 120 were for targeting and air support for troops.In October, Ukrainian pilots destroyed about 600 aerial objects, and also hit command posts, logistics facilities, and areas of concentration of enemy personnel and equipment.Earlier, Ukrainian Armed Forces Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi stated that air defense demonstrates an effectiveness level of about 74%, but additional efforts are needed to cover rear energy, critical infrastructure, and logistics.
