Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi reported this.“The concentration of enemy unmanned strike systems is increasing, and the ‘kill zone’ has expanded to 20 km. Medical evacuation of the wounded from the battlefield amid modern warfare constantly faces new challenges, to which we must respond promptly and effectively,” he wrote. The Commander-in-Chief held a meeting on resolving urgent issues in military medicine. He announced new decisions for evacuating the wounded — in particular, broader use of ground-based robotic evacuation systems.“I have issued the necessary orders to deliver new ground drones to the troops and to fully support the development of advanced evacuation using unmanned robotic systems. These robotic complexes help our soldiers defeat Russia — and defeat death,” Syrskyi noted. The meeting also discussed improving targeted medical evacuation of severely wounded soldiers. Syrskyi said he supported the proposal to involve military helicopters equipped with necessary medical equipment for precise evacuation missions.Earlier, Syrskyi said Ukraine’s air defense demonstrates about 74% effectiveness but emphasized the need for additional efforts to protect the rear — including the energy system, critical infrastructure, and logistics.
