Quote: "The enemy deployed 29 armoured vehicles in the assault, making this offensive one of the largest in recent times. A distinctive feature of the attack was the increased number of tanks.
The enemy sought to complicate the actions of Ukraine's defence forces by advancing in small groups of four to five vehicles, using different routes and timings. The occupiers also relied on adverse weather conditions that hindered the operation of drones. Despite this, their plan was thwarted."
Details: The attack, which lasted more than six hours, was repelled thanks to the timely engineering fortification of positions, effective mining and the coordinated actions of Ukraine's defence units – primarily the artillery crews of the Armed Forces and the National Guard brigades, as well as the crews of the Unmanned Systems Forces.
Quote: "As a result, the enemy lost 15 pieces of equipment – two tanks, 12 armoured combat vehicles and one light vehicle. Enemy infantry that disembarked from the vehicles was being wiped out by FPV drones. The mop-up operation at the enemy infantry landing sites is ongoing."
