He said this in his video address.“There will be more sanctions against Russia, aligned with the decisions of the United States. It is a very right step by the President of the United States — sanctions against two Russian oil companies. They export a lot of oil. Today, all members of the Coalition of the Willing agreed that this is exactly how we must continue to exert pressure — on Russian oil, on its oil companies, terminals, tanker fleet, and all infrastructure of the aggressor,” Zelenskyy stated.According to the president, the allies approved decisions that could significantly strengthen Ukraine, but he did not disclose details for now.“And although the Russians are spreading messages around the world that sanctions supposedly do not affect their economy, everyone sees the truth: queues at gas stations in Russia, bankrupt regions, and the deficit of the federal budget. Sanctions remain one of the most painful blows for Putin,” he concluded. On Friday, October 24, a meeting of the Coalition of the Willing took place in London with the participation of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. French President Emmanuel Macron pledged to send new Mirage jets to Ukraine, while the United Kingdom announced it would provide Kyiv with 5,000 air defense missiles.
