The first cogeneration plant, installed in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and with the support of Japan, Sweden and Norway, has been put into operation in Odesa at one of the critical infrastructure facilities, Odesa City Military Administration head Serhiy Lysak said on Telegram on Monday.
