The White House can change the queue if there is political will. We understand which European countries can give us priority in the queue. There is more positive in this matter — we are currently working to obtain the necessary decisions,” Zelenskyy said.He also added that key NATO countries where the U.S. has Patriot systems could provide them to Ukraine “out of goodwill” with the support of the White House.Funding for the purchase is planned from frozen Russian assets, and the framework of the financial agreement has already been worked out.“Of course, we also need to work on other financial sources. Currently, we have 28 bilateral security agreements with other countries.
