Russian attack damages Kharkiv medical facility, infrastructure in Kirovohrad region

Kirovohrad regionThe State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported that critical infrastructure facilities were damaged in two communities. Fires broke out in several locations. Preliminary reports indicate no casualties. Some buildings were damaged, and five settlements were left without power.The Kirovohrad Regional Administration confirmed this information. All fires have now been extinguished. Thirty-four rescuers, seven vehicles of the State Emergency Service, and a local fire brigade from one of the communities were involved in the response.Attack on KharkivAround 10:00 p.m., the head of the Kharkiv Regional Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported that Russian occupying forces struck Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs.Mayor Ihor Terekhov said that the Slobidskyi and Saltivskyi districts came under attack. Three districts were partially left without power.“We have reports of a strike on the territory of a medical facility — one utility building was reportedly destroyed,” Terekhov wrote.As of 10:22 p.m., four people were reported injured.“All 57 patients who were in the hospital at the time of the Russian attack with guided bombs have been transferred to another medical facility. They are being examined for injuries and acute stress reactions,” Terekhov added at 11:52 p.m.At 12:12 a.m., Syniehubov said the number of injured had risen to six.Some patients at the medical facility in the Saltivskyi district also experienced acute stress reactions.According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the attack partially destroyed a one-story garage building, damaged a three-story medical facility, an enterprise building, and several cars. Two fires were reported.
