Details: The KIIS presented data collected in the second half of September and early October.
Respondents were asked: "To what extent do you trust or distrust Volodymyr Zelenskyy?" and could choose from the following answers: "completely trust", "rather trust", "rather do not trust", "completely do not trust".
Compared with the first half of September, the level of trust in Zelenskyy has remained almost unchanged: currently 60% of Ukrainians trust him and 35% do not (in early September, the figures were 59% and 34%). The trust-distrust balance stands at +25%, the same as in early September.

Sociologists noted that after a drop in trust between early May and early August (from 74% to 65% in early June and then to 58% in early August), the trend has stabilised, with only minor fluctuations in the past two months (within the margin of error).
Although the current level of trust is lower than in May, when it reached its highest level in recent times, it remains higher than in December 2024, when it hit its lowest point since the start of Russia's full-scale invasion in February 2022.
The public opinion survey was conducted from 19 September to 5 October using telephone interviews based on a random sample of mobile phone numbers in all government-controlled regions of Ukraine. A total of 1,008 respondents aged 18 and older were interviewed. The survey did not include citizens who left the country after 24 February 2022.
The statistical margin of error does not exceed 4.1%. Under wartime conditions, an additional systematic deviation is possible, although sociologists consider the results highly representative and reliable for analysing public sentiment.
