Ukraine’s National Resistance Center (NRC) reported the information.According to Russian-installed authorities, the deficit reaches 56% of demand. Fuel is being distributed in limited amounts — no more than 20 liters per consumer — while many gas stations remain closed.“The army and the administration have priority, so residents are forced to adapt to restrictions: long queues, less frequent routes, fewer trips,” the NRC said.Earlier, residents reported on social media that they faced serious difficulties in buying fuel for their cars.
