The current group consists of individuals who already have combat experience.The training at the facility involves highly realistic combat simulations and focused thematic modules. For instance, the first module covers stress in combat situations and tools for managing it.It is expected that the Norwegian instructors will not only share their knowledge but also learn from the combat participants about the latest trends on the front lines—how the nature of the war is changing and, consequently, how approaches to various tasks are evolving.The number of people at the camp will vary, depending on whether a group is there for highly specialized training or for basic military preparation.
