The Center for Countering Disinformation reported this on its Telegram channel.“Russian propagandists and anonymous social media channels are pushing a disinformation campaign aimed at blaming Ukraine for drone attacks on Polish territory. Numerous conspiracy theories about the recent drone attack are being spread — propagandists are trying to convince the audience that it was supposedly a ‘provocation by Kyiv,’” the statement reads. In particular, propagandists claim that the destroyed house was allegedly damaged by a storm several months ago, but numerous photos and reports from the scene refute this.Another version promoted by Kremlin propagandists suggests that Ukraine supposedly launched “repaired Russian drones” at Poland, citing only adhesive tape found on the wreckage as “evidence.”“In reality, this was a deliberate Russian attack on Polish territory. This is confirmed by statements from official representatives of Warsaw. This campaign uses the classic tactic of flooding the information space with conflicting versions in order to sow doubt and confusion and make it harder to perceive the truth,” the center stressed. On September 11, the Center reported that following the death of Charlie Kirk and the drone attack on Polish territory, Russia intensified information operations in Poland and the U.S.
