Denys Naumov, a representative of the humanitarian mission Proliska, spoke about this on Hromadske Radio.“Currently, FPV drones are already reaching 22–25 km from the front line. Previously, we all thought that 15 km from the front line was safe, but now they reach 20, 22, and even 25 kilometers. At this distance from the front line, there are strikes by FPV drones,” the volunteer said.Because of this, he noted, evacuating people from the Dnipropetrovsk region has become more difficult. In particular, the airspace around Mezhova is now fully controlled by enemy FPV drones. Since it’s now difficult to enter the area by vehicle, people walk to the nearby groves, where volunteers pick them up.A Proliska representative said that the primary targets for Russian drones are military equipment and large vehicles (such as buses). However, civilian cars are also being struck. Denys Naumov also noted that the threat from guided aerial bombs remains.According to him, since July, Proliska volunteers have evacuated 7,500 people from dangerous areas in Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk regions. Of these, 600 were people with limited or no mobility, and 1,500 were children. At the same time, the evacuation situation has now stabilized, and the flow of people leaving has decreased. Currently, they evacuate between 100 and 200 people daily from Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk regions.According to Denys Naumov, evacuating people from Donetsk region is the most difficult, which is why armored vehicles are used in the process. Those wishing to register for evacuation should first contact the elders of their local communities. However, for evacuating people with limited mobility, it is better to contact Proliska’s hotline directly.
