Ukraine’s General Staff reports.According to the General Staff, the Krasnodar oil refinery produces 3 million tons of light petroleum products annually, including gasoline, diesel, and aviation fuel, and supplies the Russian Armed Forces.“Multiple explosions and a fire were reported at the facility,” the General Staff said.Ukraine’s Drone Forces also struck the Syzran oil refinery in Russia’s Samara region again. The facility produces gasoline, diesel, aviation fuel, fuel oil, and bitumen, processing up to 8.5 million tons annually as of August 2025.“A fire is reported at the site. The results of the strike are being assessed,” the General Staff said.On the night of August 15, Ukrainian forces struck the Syzran oil refinery in Russia's Samara region and a command post in the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk region.
