Rysak, commander of the strike-UAV company in the reconnaissance battalion of the 13th Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine, said this on Espreso TV."The situation in the Lyptsi area is under control. We are not giving the enemy any opportunity to carry out offensive actions in this direction. Instead, we are conducting countermeasures to prevent them in the future," Rysak said.According to the commander of the strike UAV company of the 13th Brigade, the invading Russian forces are currently using small-group tactics in the Lyptsi direction."The enemy advances on foot, in groups of 3–4, but this brings them no success. We are effectively eliminating them. So far, this is the only tactic they are using. Armored vehicles rarely reach us. We have created a kill zone in this direction that neither light nor, especially, armored vehicles can enter," Rysak added. As of 8:00 a.m. on August 29, the Russian troops carried out 3 missile and 70 air strikes on Ukrainian military positions and conducted 5,358 shelling attacks.
