According to the General Staff, the Unecha facility—used to supply the Russian military—was hit in the Bryansk region. Reported effects include:a strike and large-scale fire near the booster pump station building;explosions near the tank farm and the area housing mainline and booster pumps.The Unecha station transports oil for two pipelines simultaneously, with an annual capacity of 60 million tons of crude. Details of the damage are still being clarified.The operation involved missile and artillery units, the Unmanned Systems Forces, and the Main Intelligence Directorate, working in coordination with other elements of the Defense Forces.Russia reports alleged drone attacks on multiple regionsRussian officials claimed there were drone attacks overnight.Volgograd region governor Andrei Bokachov said Russian air defenses allegedly repelled a mass UAV attack, adding that debris supposedly fell on the roof of a 16-story residential building in Volgograd.In Krasnodar Krai, the regional operations center also reported drone incidents. In Slavyansk-on-Kuban, UAV debris reportedly fell on an oil refinery, igniting a Gazelle vehicle. No casualties were reported, and the fire was quickly extinguished. Emergency and special services were on site.Bryansk region governor Andrei Bogomaz claimed Russian air defenses detected and destroyed 15 UAVs over the region.On the night of June 23, units of the Ukrainian Special Operations Forces, in cooperation with the Missile Forces and Artillery, struck the Atlas Plant oil depot in Russia’s Rostov region.
