US President Donald Trump has said there is "a good chance that there will be a meeting" with Russian leader Vladimir Putin in the near future.

Details : Meanwhile, Trump said that the meeting between his special envoy Steve Witkoff and Putin at the Kremlin went very well, but he could not call it "a breakthrough".

He also noted there is "a very good prospect" that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Putin will agree to a meeting.

Trump repeated once again that "thousands of young people dying" in Russia's war against Ukraine and that if he were president, this war would never have started.
