RBC-Ukraine reported these details citing Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, speaking on a telethon.According to Filashkin, approximately 1,370 people remain in Pokrovsk, but entering the city is almost impossible.“We can barely get into the city; our only access is alongside the military, and we ask our defenders to assist with evacuating people,” Filashkin said. A few municipal workers remain in Pokrovsk, and police units enter the city at specific times to carry out evacuations.“No humanitarian or medical aid can be delivered to the city. The enemy shells and destroys Pokrovsk almost every day,” the regional administration head added.Filashkin also noted that a similar situation is unfolding in Kostiantynivka, where about 8,261 people remain. Evacuations there would be impossible without special services, as both Kostiantynivka and surrounding communities face daily shelling.Russian forces are entering the stage of a direct assault on Pokrovsk.
