Colonel Vladyslav Voloshyn, spokesman for Ukraine’s Southern Defense Forces, said this live on Espreso."Of course, a number of enemy troops are arriving for rotation, to make up for the losses they’re taking here, and the losses are significant. They’re not able to advance, but they keep trying. That's why they’re losing people. On top of that, several completely new military units have arrived. These include a few battalions from a brand-new regiment created from scratch in Khankala, Chechnya. This is part of the Southern Military District and basically confirms Putin’s talk about boosting mobilization by 30,000. One of those regiments is already here," he said.Voloshyn also noted that Russia is sending in reserves to staff its assault units up to 80–100%."According to our intel, the enemy is now moving all available reserves from areas where those units were based, bringing them here to the south. They're throwing in more manpower and equipment to bring their assault groups to full strength, 80 to 100%. All of this shows they don’t plan to stop offensive operations. They’ll keep using the same high-intensity assault tactics. The goal is to stop us from bringing in our own reinforcements. Russia is launching attack after attack to keep us too busy to do that. And they’ll keep going," Voloshyn added.
