Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov made the remarks during a Tuesday briefing, according to Russian news agency Interfax, as reported by European Pravda.Peskov said there was no "final information" confirming a suspension of U.S. military aid to Ukraine and claimed it was "obvious" that arms deliveries were still ongoing."It is clear that the Europeans are also actively involved in pumping Ukraine with weapons. Of course, these actions are most likely not in line with attempts to contribute to a peaceful resolution," the Kremlin spokesperson added. He noted that Moscow "needs time to fully determine" which weapons and in what quantities continue to be sent from the U.S. to Ukraine.BackgroundOn July 2, the U.S. suspended deliveries of some anti-aircraft missiles and precision weapons to Ukraine due to concerns over its own military stockpiles. The next day, reports said the U.S. Department of Defense continues advising President Trump on military aid to Ukraine.Later, media reported that Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth had unilaterally halted deliveries of certain weapons to Ukraine, even though analysis showed the shipments didn’t risk U.S. combat readiness.By July 8, Trump announced the U.S. would keep supplying arms to Ukraine. The Pentagon followed with a statement on new military aid.According to media reports, Trump allegedly ordered the shipment of 10 Patriot missile interceptors to Ukraine and is pressuring Germany to sell one of its Patriot batteries to Ukraine.
