Aftermath in OdesaAt 02:52 a.m., the Ukrainian Air Force reported drones heading toward Odesa. Immediately afterward, Odesa Regional Administration Head Oleh Kiper stated that Russia was attacking the city with drones.Later, he confirmed that civilian infrastructure in Odesa had been damaged.“Despite the active work of air defense, there is damage to civilian infrastructure, including residential buildings. Information on casualties is being clarified. All authorized services are working to eliminate the consequences,” the statement read.At 04:32 a.m., Odesa Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov reported significant damage to an apartment building. Assistance is currently being provided to the injured.As of 05:32 a.m., the mayor said rescuers had freed five people who were trapped on the upper floors — among them two children. They are now receiving medical aid. It is known that three people have been hospitalized.“A preliminary inspection showed that one of the building entrances suffered serious damage. It is unsafe to remain inside,” Trukhanov added.

Later in the morning, Kiper reported that the attack had damaged a multi-story residential building and other civilian infrastructure. Fires broke out in residents’ apartments — six apartments were completely destroyed, and another 36 were partially damaged.“Five people were injured, including a 7-year-old boy and a 9-year-old girl. The children, suffering from smoke inhalation, were hospitalized. The other injured adults are receiving outpatient treatment after receiving all necessary medical care,” he added.
