Rafael Grossi, head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), has announced plans to visit Kyiv in the coming days, amid reports that Russian forces are laying power lines to connect the occupied Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) to Russia’s energy system.
