The Kremlin dictator, Vladimir Putin, has proposed to the United States a halt to hostilities in Ukraine along the entire current front line, as part of efforts aimed at reaching a peace deal with U.S. President Donald Trump. Russia may also agree to drop its "claims" to the non-occupied parts of four Ukrainian regions.
