Ukrainian airline SkyUp has resumed regular flights for the first time since the beginning of Russias fullscale invasion.
Source SkyUp press service, as reported by LIGA.net Details On 18 April, the first flights departed from Chiinu Moldova, where the company is currently based due to the closure of Ukrainian airspace, heading to Paris and Lisbon.
SkyUps flight schedule includes regular routes from Chiinu to 13 European cities Paris, Lisbon, Nice, Barcelona, Alicante, Palma de Mallorca, Larnaca, Athens, Thessaloniki, Heraklion, Berlin, Prague and Stockholm.
SkyUp chose Chiinu as its base because of its proximity to Ukraine, which makes it a logistically convenient and reliable solution for organising international routes.
