US President Donald Trump has stated that his predecessor, Joe Biden, and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy "did an absolutely horrible job in allowing this travesty to begin".

Details: Trump said that "the war between Russia and Ukraine is Biden’s war, not mine", and he "had no problem in preventing it from happening" during his first presidential term.
