Ukraine’s State Emergency Service has shared a photo and video of an untouched Ukrainian flag amid the ruins at the site of Russia’s missile strike on Sumy.

Background: As of 18:00, the number of people killed in Russia’s ballistic missile attack on Sumy on the morning of 13 April has reached 34, including two children. A total of 117 people have been injured, including 15 children.
