Air defence forces were responding in the city of Kyiv on the night of 11-12 April. Fires have broken out in the Sviatoshynskyi and Darnytskyi districts of the capital as a result of a Russian attack. Two people have been injured.

Details:Klitschko said a fire had broken out in non-residential premises in the Sviatoshynskyi district and a house was on fire in the Darnytskyi district.

Later, he reported that two people had been injured in the Sviatoshynskyi district.

At 06:46, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported on the aftermath of the Russian attack in the Sviatoshynskyi district.

At another scene there is a fire that broke out in two warehouse buildings with areas of 1,000 and 150 sq m, with partial destruction, on the territory of an industrial plant. Fire containment operations are ongoing."

Updated:As of 07:00, the State Emergency Service reported that fires in the Sviatoshynskyi district had been contained. Aftermath is currently being dealt with.
