The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has called the Russian Defence Ministrys claims that the strike on the city of Kryvyi Rih in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast targeted a meeting of Ukrainian Armed Forces unit commanders with Western instructors a lie.
