Dnipro has declared 30 March as a day of mourning for the four people killed in a Russian strike on Friday 28 March.
Source Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Military Administration on Telegram Details Filatov reported that no fatalities had occurred in a hotel and restaurant complex struck by Russian forces.
Dnipro authorities noted on the afternoon of 29 March that the number of people injured in the attack on the city had risen to 24.
Nine remain in hospital, including three in a serious condition.
