UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy has stated that Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin has no veto power over the potential deployment of foreign troops in Ukraine.
Source Sky News, as reported by European Pravda Details Lammy emphasised that Putin must accept the proposal of ceasefire in Russias war against Ukraine.

At the same time, Starmer noted that any postceasefire plans for Ukraine will require coordination with the United States.
