Rostyslav Semenchenko, universal player of Aurora and Ukraine’s national futsal team, has been named the world's best young player of 2024 by Futsalplanet.

Details:In 2024, Semenchenko was honoured as the best young player in the Extra League for the 2023/24 season and also received the Breakthrough Player award.

Following the championship, Semenchenko joined Ukraine's national team at the 2024 World Cup in Uzbekistan.

There, he played a key role in securing Ukraine’s first-ever bronze medal at the tournament. Additionally, he was awarded the Bronze Ball for his individual performance during the event.

Semenchenko played 19 matches for Ukraine’s national team in 2024, scoring 7 goals. During the previous Extra League season, he tallied 12 goals and 13 assists in 27 games.
