Three law enforcement officers were injured when the Russians launched an attack on the Kupiansk district of Kharkiv Oblast using their latest Molniya drone at around 12:00 on 6 January.

Quote: "The enemy is testing their new weapon. This Molniya-1 drone is basically made out of  scrap, but it is still dangerous because it carries a combat charge."

Details: Syniehubov said the injured police officers are currently in hospital and their condition has been assessed as moderate.

Background:

• On Sunday, 5 January, Russian forces launched strikes on the city of Kharkiv using Molniya UAVs, damaging an administrative building at an industrial site and a house.
• In November, Russian troops used Molniya UAVs to attack residential buildings in Kharkiv, injuring three people.
