A total of 574 civilian deaths and 3,082 injuries were recorded in Ukraine as a result of Russian attacks between September and November 2024.
Source report by UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine Details The number of civilian casualties in September reached its highest level since July 2022.
This increase is attributed to intensified Russian attacks in Donetsk Oblast and the use of guided aerial bombs and drones.
The UN recorded 93 of these casualties in areas under the control of the Ukrainian government, particularly in Donetsk, Kharkiv and Kherson oblasts, where the intensity of hostilities remains the highest.
