The Russian Federation carried out a missile-drone attack on Kyiv — one person was injured

What is known about the combined attack of the Russian Federation on Kyiv

As reported in the KMVA, the capital was previously attacked with cruise and ballistic missiles of the KN-23/KN-24/Iskander-M type, as well as Shahed, Gerbera drones and imitation drones.

An air alert was announced in Kyiv around 6:30 a.m. due to the threat of drones from the east, while cruise missiles were already approaching the Kyiv region. During the rocket attack on Kyiv, the Russian Federation simultaneously launched a ballistic attack on the capital.

The attack ended with the launch of drones again. In total, the air alert lasted more than two hours. Air defense forces shot down several cruise and ballistic missiles, as well as about ten enemy drones. The exact data will be provided later by the Air Force.

At this time, there were no reports of destruction or casualties in Kyiv.

However, in the region, a 48-year-old man was injured by the falling debris of a drone, according to OVA. The State Emergency Service clarified that the incident took place in the Brovary district, where a warehouse was also destroyed and a fire broke out.

Previous attack of the Russian Federation on Kyiv

On the night of November 7, the Russian army attacked Kyiv with mortars. As a result of falling debris, a number of fires broke out in five districts, houses were destroyed and victims were injured.

  • in the Holosiiv district, an apartment in a residential building was damaged, without a fire, one person sought medical help.

Also in this area, a fire broke out on the territory of the garages and the nearby service station with a total area of 200 square meters. The fire has already been extinguished. There were no casualties.

  • In the Pechersk district, a restaurant caught fire on the 33rd floor of a residential building with an area of 50 square meters, and there is partial destruction of construction structures on the 34th technical floor. The fire was extinguished. No casualties.

  • In the Solomyansk district, a fire broke out on the territory of the enterprise - warehouses on an area of 600 square meters were on fire. Information about the victims is being clarified.

  • A fire broke out on the roof of a 6-story business center building with an area of 10 square meters in the Obolon district. There are no previous victims.

  • In the Podilsky District, a residential building caught fire as a result of falling debris. The information is being clarified.
