Details:Syniehubov said two people were injured when a five-storey building in Kupiansk was hit.

At around 14:55, Russian troops conducted an airstrike on the village of Vilkhuvatka in the Kupiansk district. An 85-year-old woman and two men aged 87 and 59 suffered an acute stress reaction. Residential buildings were damaged.
