Quote from Lysak:"The enemy has attacked Dnipro. A fire has broken out. We are checking all the details."

Details:Suspilne correspondents reported smoke rising in one of the city's districts, and windows have been blown out.

The Air Force warned of high-speed Russian targets in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast at 12:23 and 12:25.
