Dmytro Lubinets, the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, held a meeting in Qatar with the Minister of International Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Lolva Rashid Al Khater, and received lists of missing servicemen and letters from Ukrainian prisoners of war.
