During the night, civilian facilities, energy infrastructure, and industrial infrastructure were damaged.As of December 14, it was reported that energy workers in Odesa had partially restored electricity supply to the city's critical infrastructure facilities.As of December 16, 288,000 families in the Odesa region remained without power following the Russian attack.
