Ukraine's General Staff confirms strikes on Russian oil refineries and oil depot

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has reported a successful attack on Russian facilities on the night of 13-14 December, particularly strikes on the Afipsky oil refinery, an oil depot in Uryupinsk and a number of facilities in the occupied territories.

Details: Ukraine's defence forces struck the facilities of the Afipsky oil refinery in Krasnodar Krai, with explosions and a fire recorded at the site.
In addition, the Uryupinsk oil depot in Volgograd Oblast was hit.
Strikes were also carried out on Russian facilities and targets in temporarily occupied territories, including two electronic warfare stations, two command posts and a radar station in Donetsk Oblast , as well as a Tor-M2 surface-to-air missile system and a drone laboratory in Zaporizhzhia Oblast .
Furthermore, in Crimea , Ukrainian forces struck two fuel and lubricant bases, a Kasta-2E2 radar station and a 96L6E radar station used for S-300 and S-400 air defence systems.
Background: On the night of 13-14 December, drones attacked the oil depot in the town of Uryupinsk in Russia's Volgograd Oblast as well as, based on eyewitness accounts on social media, oil refineries in the Russian city of Yaroslavl and in Krasnodar Krai and a state district power plant in Smolensk Oblast.
