Part of Kherson Oblast has been left without electricity as a result of large-scale Russian strikes on Ukraine on the morning of 13 December.

Details: It is also reported that the city of Kherson itself has no power.

Meanwhile, the authorities note that on 12 December, seven residents of the oblast were injured.

Russian forces struck critical and social infrastructure, as well as residential areas of settlements in the oblast, damaging a multi-storey building and 14 houses.
