Russians attacks Ukraine with 80 drones overnight: 64 downed

Since the evening of 11 December, Russian forces have attacked Ukraine with 80 strike UAVs, including Shahed, Gerbera and other types of UAVs. A total of 64 drones were downed, but there were also strikes.

Quote from the Air Force: "As of 09:00, air defence shot down/suppressed 64 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera and other types of drones in Ukraine's north, south and east. Strikes from 12 UAVs were recorded at eight locations, as well as the fall of downed drones (debris) at three locations."
Details: The Russians launched the drones from the Russian cities of Bryansk, Oryol, Kursk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk and Millerovo, as well as from Cape Chauda and Hvardiiske in temporarily occupied Crimea.
It is noted that around 50 of all the drones were strike Shahed-type UAVs.
The air attack was repelled by Ukrainian aircraft, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, as well as mobile fire groups of the defence forces,
As of 09:20, the Russian attack is ongoing. Several UAVs remain in Ukraine's airspace.
