Ukrainian drones strike Russian oil platform in Caspian Sea for first time

Army TV reported the information.The drones struck the facility at least four times, after which oil and gas production from more than 20 wells served by the platform was completely halted.This refers to the Filanovsky field, one of the largest in Russia and in the Russian sector of the Caspian Sea. Its reserves are estimated at 129 million tons of oil and about 30 billion cubic meters of gas.The extracted raw materials were transported for export through the Caspian Pipeline Consortium.On December 10, Sea Baby naval drones of Ukraine's Security Service struck the Dashan oil tanker of Russia's shadow fleet, which was en route to the port of Novorossiysk.
