Russian attacks hit energy facilities in several oblasts, causing power cuts

Russia attacked energy facilities in several Ukrainian oblasts on the night of 10-11 December, leaving some consumers in Odesa Oblast without power this morning.

Quote: "Emergency repair work has started. Power engineers are doing everything possible to bring equipment damaged by the enemy back into operation as quickly as possible."
Details: Ukrenergo said that electricity consumption is in line with seasonal levels. At 09:30 on 11 December, demand was at the same level as it had been the previous day, on Wednesday 10 December.
On 10 December, the daily peak in consumption was recorded in the morning and was at the same level as the previous day's peak on 9 December.
The transmission operator said that there is a continuing need to save power throughout the day.
Quote: "Please limit the use of powerful electrical appliances as much as possible. If you can, move energy-intensive tasks to night hours after 23:00."
