Poland "working on meeting date" after Zelenskyy says he is ready to visit

Marcin Przydacz, Head of the International Policy Bureau of the Polish President's Chancellery, has said he is glad to see how important Polish-Ukrainian relations remain for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy after the president said he was ready to visit Warsaw.

Details: As the representative of President Karol Nawrocki's team noted, the date of a potential meeting between the two leaders is currently being worked on.
"We are glad that relations with Poland are important to the president of Ukraine. Good neighbourly relations with Ukraine based on mutual respect are also important for us. We are working on the date of a meeting between the presidents in Warsaw as part of open and active diplomatic contacts," Przydacz emphasised.

- Zelenskyy has said he is ready to travel to Poland for his first meeting with Polish President Karol Nawrocki when he receives an appropriate invitation.
- In September and October, signals from the Ukrainian side suggested that a meeting of the presidents was being prepared and could take place in the coming weeks, but nothing further happened.
