What harms mobilization?

There's a shortage of people at the front. Many go AWOL (unauthorized abandonment of unit -ed.; people are fleeing), and those who remain are overloaded with combat tasks and don't have time to learn how to use equipment. Why are there so many AWOLs? There are several reasons. Some are rooted in the past (all this Russian cultural occupation, for example). But there are also those that emerged during the full-scale invasion. Among them:uncertainty about the future, that is, the terms of service;disillusionment with state leaders and institutions: why should I defend them if they steal so much;expectations of a quick peace, which the authorities sometimes promise. Many of these sentiments also harm mobilization."The Territorial Recruitment Centers won't solve these problems. Mobilization is evidence of a nation's maturity and readiness to defend itself."Of course, the killer of the Territorial Recruitment Centers serviceman must be brought to justice. But the death of the draft center employee, like that of many soldiers at the front, and the loss of settlements, is on the conscience of those who create, as the aggressor says, "the root causes of conflicts."Only effective governance and professional information policy and security can change the situation. Reshuffling "Yermaks" at the President's Office and PR on the marathon and Telegram won't help.SourceAbout the author.
